With a career spanning over 24 years, Buchkoski's experience includes various coaching roles. He started as an assistant strength coach at Eastern Washington University ('98-'99) before working as a graduate assistant at Gonzaga University ('99'00). He spent three years as a Football Operations-Strength and Conditioning role with the Seattle Seahawks ('99-'01) under Head Coach Mike Holmgren. He has contributed to the strength and conditioning coaching staffs at both Florida State University ('18-'20) and Arizona State University ('04-'05).
Coach Butch has also served on many high school coaching staffs as their Head Strength and Conditioning Coach in both Washington State and Florida. He has been blessed with aiding in the process of keeping athletes 'injury free' - and improving all baseline strength and speed assessments for multiple sports within high school programs. His passion for helping high school football, baseball, soccer, softball, volleyball, basketball, track and wrestling programs has led to a 'year around' strength and conditioning model has led to positive changes by decreasing injury rates and encouraging a 'weight room training' culture that is both motivational and inspirational.
Buchkoski's impact has extended beyond pro, collegiate, high school and individual programs. He has held contracting positions with the Department of Defense, serving as a Tactical Strength and Conditioning Coach at Moody Air Force Base ('20-'21) and Joint Base Lewis-McChord ('21-'22) working with Special Operation Detachments, Apache pilots, K-9 Units, and enlisted support personnel.
Coach Buchkoski holds a Master of Science with an emphasis in Strength and Conditioning via the Sport & Athletic Administration Department from Florida State University. He also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Eastern Washington University. He is certified by reputable associations such as the CSCCa (Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association) and the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist.
Additionally, he holds a Poliquin International Certification Program credential as a Poliquin International Master Strength Coach, making him 1-of-27 individuals worldwide with a Level 5 certification.
Throughout his career, Buchkoski's training protocols have resulted in impressive outcomes, including over 250+ athletes drafted into the NFL, NHL and MLB. His passions extend to the placement of post-collegiate athletes into professional training camps, as well as improving a high school athlete's baseline metrics, so that he/she reaches their optimal strength and speed abilities. He has also spearheaded the APX Certification Program for High School Strength and Conditioning coaches, as well as training educators, within the NSCA and CSCCa.

Janell is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in functional nutrition and performance. As Founder of APX Performance and Wellness Clinic, she helps clients optimize their health and performance by addressing root causes like genetics, digestive issues, and inflammation.
Janell's approach focuses on personalized lifestyle plans, including nutrition, sleep, and stress management. She believes in identifying each client's "Inspiring Factor" to achieve sustainable health goals.
With a background in sports nutrition, oncology, kidney disease and eating disorders, Janell has experience working with athletes, and individuals across various settings.
She's licensed in Florida, Georgia, and Washington and provides both in-person and telehealth consultations, as well as nutrition clinics for organizations.

In her free time, Janell volunteers at therapeutic riding centers, where she helps provide horse-related activities to individuals with special needs in order to strengthen their physical bodies, enhance proprioception, build self-esteem, gain a sense of independence, and learn new skills.

Janell authored the Innovative Idea grant that funds the initiative to prevent on-campus food insecurity at FSU's Food Pantry, a program that provides additional food resources and fresh produce from local farm to students at FSU

Janell helped to create a Farm-to-Table and Farm-to-School program in Spokane, WA, where she helped elementary students and families gain access to healthy, local foods through building school gardens, leading cooking lessons, and hosting farm field trips
